What documentation is required to rent a property?

TENANT

1. - Identification of the person who will act as the tenant of the Property (ID card or passport).
2. - Proof of previous address or a letter of the company that work.
3. - Personal References (2) in writing.
4. - Commercial references (statement credit card or departmental)
5. - Identification of the guarantee.
6. - deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
7. - month advance rent.
8. - Cost of contract
9. - If the property has one telephone line is considered an extra deposit for this service

LANDLORD

1. - Property Deed.
2. - Final property tax.
3. - Last receipts of property services. (Electricity, Water, Telephone, Cable, etc.).
4. - Property Owner ID ( card or passport).



What documentation is required to sell a property?

1. - Property Deed.
2. - Last pay property taxes.
3. - Certificate and plan
4. - Power Receipts (2 last year - preferably)
5. - Receipts water.
6. - Receipts Phone (if available online)
7. - Identification of the owner (s)
8. - General of the seller (s).
9. - Services contract signed by both parties.
10. - If the owner is Business Entity, a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and Powers.

If the building is new is also required that has:

1. - Construction License.
2. - Alignment and official number.
3. - Completion of Work.
4. - Cadastral Decree.

All these documents are delivered photocopies
